| Abstract: | This work proposes two methods based on fuzzy set for distributing rewards (bonus) to the employee of a company considering their performances. Fuzzy reward distribution sheet for different criteria is developed here. For each criteria the degrees of confidence between zero and one can be found by a precise formula. |
